Day 1: Opening Ceremony

Arrive at the retreat center and settle in. Enjoy a restorative yoga session followed by a delicious dinner. The evening will be dedicated to the opening ceremony, where you will set intentions for your retreat.

Day 2: Ancestral Wisdom and Healing

Start the day with shamanic embodiment yoga and a hearty breakfast. Engage in an ancestral healing ceremony and learn about Mayan cosmology. In the evening, participate in a temazcal (sweat lodge) ceremony for purification.

Day 3: Mayan Sacred Ceremony

Awaken your body with Kundalini and Hatha yoga, followed by a nourishing breakfast. Immerse yourself in a Mayan sacred ceremony led by an indigenous spiritual guide. Optional tobacco readings and personal healing sessions are available.

Day 4: Integration and Closing

Engage in yoga and breathwork to ground yourself. Enjoy a final breakfast together before participating in a sacred plant medicine ceremony. End the day with a cacao yoga session and shamanic dance. Gather in a sacred song circle for the closing fire ceremony.
