Relationships :: A mini-course on self-connection, where the aim is to guide the client back to their own innate essence and understanding of themselves. Each call is a mixture of teachings from my own journey with self-connection as a Master NLP Practitioner and Life Coach, plus guided meditation, embodiment and journalling practices. The portal also includes a bonus recording from a class entitled The Science of Self-Connection, as well as additional PDFs on learnings + journal prompts to take the client deeper in their own practice. The client is also able to book in a 1:1 session with me (a Master NLP Practitioner and Life Coach) for only $50 USD, which is a huge discount compared to ordinary coaching prices. Inclusions: 3 x 1 hour workshop recordings on self-connection. Each class is a mixture of teachings and embodiment practices, meditations and live journalling sessions. Call 1: Coming home to your innate essence through a full body scan meditation Call 2: Anger and limiting belief release + guided journalling session Call 3: Releasing what no longer serves you in life (on a practical level) + a future-self embodiment and pleasure practice. Additional PDFs and a bonus masterclass recording entitled 'The Science of Self-Connection'. The PDFs are additional journal prompts which allow the client to get to the root of the issue they are experience, in order to release it and feel greater connection to themselves. Another PDF is a journalling exercise whereby the clients CLAIM the next-level life that they desire for themselves. Option to add-on a 1:1 coaching session for only $50 USD. I am a Master NLP Practitioner and Life Coach, so this rate is way below my usual rate! In this session, the client can bring any issue that they are currently facing to me and we can work on healing it together + putting strategies in place for the future. All of the calls and bonus resources are housed in an easy-to-access portal. The mini-course is entirely self-paced, with no live component unless the client opts for the additional 1:1 call.
